Introduced at CF Fairview Pointe Claire in Montreal’s West Island in mid-2025, Adelina Pasta Bar is a quick casual concept from the Rock’N Deli group, that features fresh, authentic Italian pasta, made fresh in front of customers. Inspired by the recipes of Nonna Adelina from Avellino, Italy, the Montreal-born concept combines traditional recipes with a modern, efficient dining format. Fresh pasta is made in-house daily using 100 percent durum semolina flour and premium ingredients, with orders prepared fresh and finished in a Grana Padano cheese wheel. Along with the food court location in CF Fairview Pointe Claire, Adelina has opened at Solar Uniquartier in Brossard and Galeries de la Capitale in Quebec City and a flagship street-front Montreal location on St Catherine St. is opening soon. The chain is expanding across Quebec and is particularly interested in Laval and Montreal’s Mile End. Highly visible street front units in the 800 to 1,500 square foot range, near universities, offices, residential areas and active lifestyle destinations, are preferred. Patios are especially welcomed. Larger co-branded opportunities with Rock’N Deli may also be considered.
