Cosa Nostra Italian Deli is beginning its franchise expansion with its first franchise opening shortly in the former Writer’s Block Bookstore, a street front unit of about 2800 square feet at 32 W. Plant St in Winter Garden, a community just west of Orlando, Florida. Founded by Eduardo Guedes in Clermont in Central Florida in 2024, Cosa Nostra Italian Deli is a quick casual concept that combines authentic Italian flavours with a casual, convenient format. Its menu features made-to-order Italian sandwiches, fresh pastas, specialty coffee, pastries and imported Italian products, emphasizing premium ingredients and traditional deli hospitality. The Winter Garden location will become the company’s second Central Florida restaurant and an important step in developing its regional presence. Cosa Nostra is continuing to seek franchise applicants, offering support with training, operations, marketing, established systems and ongoing growth guidance.
