Lands in Michigan………..

Later this week, rock ‘n roll music-themed restaurant concept Rock N Roll Sushi enters the Michigan market with an inline location on Eureka Rd., just west of Southland Center in Taylor, a community located about 15 miles southwest of Detroit. Owned by local franchisees Silvia Maruncic and Hicham Bazzi, it marks the brand’s 78th restaurant. Introduced in Alabama in 2010, Rock N Roll Sushi offers a one-of-a-kind dining environment with multiple TVs playing music videos and sushi rolls are Rock’n’roll-themed. The Taylor restaurant will offer Halal-friendly menu options featuring Halal-certified chicken and filet mignon incorporated into select dishes, alongside fan favorites like the VIP Roll, Punk Rock Roll, and Spicy Tuna Rockstars, plus hibachi entrées, appetizers, and other signature offerings. The Rock N Roll Sushi locations are generally in a 1600 to 2500 square foot range.
