Reformation, the Los Angeles-based ladies’ sustainable limited-edition fashion and accessory chain is preparing to open on level three at the Toronto Eaton Centre in downtown Toronto. Operating since 2009, the chain is recognized for its sustainable practices utilizing recycled fabrics and eco-friendly packaging. It entered the Canadian market in Summer 2019 with a 1650 square foot store in Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto and in late 2022, it opened a second Toronto location, a 3550 square foot street front unit on Yorkville Ave. Then in Spring 2025, Reformation entered the Vancouver market with a 1300 square foot street front location a West 4th Ave. in the Kitsilano neighbourhood. In addition to the now, four Canadian stores, the chain operates six stores in the UK, two in France and over 55 stores in major markets across the United States. Operating in both major malls and high street locations in various sizes, with 2000 to 3000 square feet being the traditional requirement. Reformation is also preparing to open a 2008 square foot location in the Santana Row lifestyle centre in San Jose in California, at the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder in Colorado, at the Palmer Square lifestyle centre in Princeton in New Jersey and a 2007 square foot location at the Southlake Town Square in Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas.
