With Alimentation Couche-Tard’s recent acquisition of the seven-year-old Scottsdale, Arizona-based True Blue Car Wash LLC and its Clean Freak and Rainstorm chains of express tunnel car washes in Arizona, Texas, Illinois and Indiana, the global convenience and fuel retailer has added the brands to its current car wash network and plans for more growth. Alimentation Couche-Tard is now exploring lease and purchase opportunities in the GTA, Windsor, London, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Brantford, Guelph, Hamilton, Niagara and Durham regions for its Clean Freak Powered by Circle K car wash operation. Greg Rabin and David Steinhouse at The Behar Group Realty have been retained to handle the search for one to three-acres sites, preferable rectangular in size and already zones commercial, ideally for car wash use.
