Major Reno of Quebec City’s First………..

Nespresso Canada has reopened its flagship boutique at Place Ste-Foy in Quebec City following a major renovation designed to modernize and elevate the customer experience. Originally opened in 2016 as Nespresso’s first location in the Quebec City region, the 3047 square foot unit now features a redesigned journey focused on coffee discovery, tasting, and personalized guidance. ‘The Art of Coffee’ tasting area remains central, while a refreshed relaxation space and new self-service checkouts enhance convenience and exploration. Sustainability also remains a key focus, with customers able to recycle used capsules in-store or through Nespresso’s Green Bag program, which enables convenient residential recycling throughout Quebec. Headquartered in Vevey in Switzerland, Nespresso operates in over 90 markets and a global retail network of over 790 boutiques. In Canada, Nespresso has over 35 boutiques coast-to-coast. In late May, Nespresso is reopening a new location at Oakridge Park in Vancouver and continues to test new markets utilizing its pop-up program. This year, pop-ups are scheduled for Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Windsor and St John’s in Newfoundland. Ben Labrecque and Pascale Fournier at Urban Reform Realty are handling the site selection in Canada for the chain. Traditionally, Nespresso locates in enclosed malls and in high street locations. The size necessary is in the 2000 to 3000 square foot range.
