Fat Fork is a Greek-inspired modern casual Mediterranean restaurant that brothers Nick and Gus Danicas introduced on Dundas St East, just west of Hwy 427, in Mississauga about three years ago. The popular full-service concept has become known for its generous portions, classic homestyle plates, and modern twists on Mediterranean comfort food. The menu highlights traditional favourites such as souvlaki, gyros, spanakopita, and hearty breakfast platters alongside elevated burgers, stacked sandwiches, and an expansive brunch offering. The brand is now focused on strategic expansion and is actively seeking additional locations across high-growth markets to bring its menu and proven guest experience to more communities. Fat Fork is now exploring the Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, North York, Scarborough and Brampton markets and has retained Jason Kleyn at Northern Hospitality Real Estate to handle the search. Fat Fork Group is actively seeking 5,000 to 6,000 square foot locations in units that offer high vehicular traffic, strong visibility, and convenient customer access. The preferred formats include end caps, freestanding buildings, or prominent inline spaces within established retail corridors. Existing restaurant infrastructure is beneficial but not required.
