As reported in late April, lifestyle brand Juice Dudez has introduced a franchise program and earlier in May, it entered the Toronto market with a 170 square foot location in the food court area at The Well in the downtown area. More expansion is planned for the Mississauga, Scarborough and downtown Toronto area and Grant Nelson at The Behar Group Realty has been retained to handle the search. Inspired by the Lebanese fruit-farming heritage of founder Nasr Nasr, Juice Dudez is a quick service hospitality brand that was introduced as a single juice bar in Ottawa’s Westboro area in 2019. Now with four locations, Juice Dudez has become known for blending fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee creations, indulgent desserts along with its vibrant social atmosphere. The chain is targeting street front units in the 1700 to 2500 square foot range with high foot traffic, primarily from younger demographics. Close proximity to major transit hubs is welcomed.
