The Fresh Burger chain of quick service premium burger restaurants opened its ninth location, a 1200 square foot street front location at 1132 Queen St West in Toronto’s West Queen West area in early October. Founder and CEO Jacques Kavafian adds the chain’s tenth location opens in mid-November in a former burger restaurant site at the corner of Bloor St West and Bathurst St in the Mervish Village area. Fresh Burger continues to source franchise operators and highly visible and high traffic sites in the Toronto area for the 2000 square foot units and Grant Nelson at The Behar Group Realty handles the site search. Conversion opportunities are also welcomed. Introduced in 2013, Fresh Burger features a hamburger menu made with fresh 100 percent Certified Angus beef, ground daily along with fresh, Belgian-style fries and poutine.
