Following it June announcement of its expansion strategy, earlier in September, Modern Ambition, the premium menswear brand by Winnipeg-based Mondetta Canada Inc., opened its 1400 square foot flagship location at 101 Yorkville Ave. in Toronto. The upscale store features technically tailored menswear, premium Italian fabrics, personalized styling services with elevated casual fashion designed for comfort and style. The location incorporates a lounge area and coffee bar area. As announced previously, the company is also opening flagship locations at The Core in downtown Calgary and at 918 Robson St in downtown Vancouver. Both are in the 2700 square foot range and are expected to open in the Fall. Launched in 1986, Mondetta Canada Inc. is a global apparel company that has grown into an internationally recognized lifestyle and activewear portfolio, including Mondetta Clothing, Mondetta Originals, MPG/Mondetta Performance Gear, and Modern Ambition. Looking ahead, Modern Ambition added that it is also evaluating additional North American markets, with long-term plans to expand into the United States and selected European countries by 2028. Modern Ambition stores will operate in high street locations and enclosed malls in major markets across Canada.
