Introduced in 1932, the globally recognized company opened its first official LEGO Store in Australia in the early 1980s and currently there are over 1000 stores worldwide. The first official LEGO Store in Canada opened in mid-2010 in Calgary and in November 2026, the chain’s 13th official store in Canada opens in Mississauga. The 4300 square foot location opens in Square One Shopping Centre and will be the chain’s fifth store in Ontario.
