Introduced in Markham in Ontario in 2021, The Noodle Bar is a casual dining restaurant that specializes in authentic Hong Kong-style cart noodles, a street-food-type customizable noodle dish with many combination options. In late 2023, the popular restaurant opened a second location on Midland Ave in Scarborough and currently the chain is preparing to open a third location shortly at 5443 Yonge St at Finch Ave in North York. The brand has developed a strong local following around its fully customizable noodle bowls and traditional comfort dishes and early this year, The Noodle Bar introduced a franchise program and Tao Yang at CBRE Ltd has been retained to identify and secure new locations for the chain’s next phase of expansion. Initially targeting the Richmond Hill area, The Noodle Bar is sourcing highly visible street and plaza sites in the 900 to 1200 square foot range.
