With the early March opening of its third location, a street front location at 335 Queen St West, just west of John St., in downtown Toronto, the Good Behaviour chain of small-batch ice cream and sandwich shops is seeking staff for the growing chain. Introduced as a pop-up concept in early 2021 by experienced restauranteurs Michael Lam and Eric Chow, Good Behaviour has evolved into permanent scoop shops in downtown Toronto featuring the small batch ice cream with unique flavours, sold by pint and by scoop, and a large selection of breakfast sandwiches and sub sandwiches. Future plans have not been announced.
