EL&N London is now seeking experienced hospitality groups to bring the brand to Canada and has retained Jorge Lizan at Lizan Retail to handle the search. The company recognizes that Canada represents a highly attractive market for premium café and lifestyle-driven concepts, with strong demand for experiential dining, specialty coffee, and highly design-oriented spaces in cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. EL&N provides various scalable food and beverage formats, from its cafes and grab-and-go concepts to the full-service bakery delis, each designed to match the evolving demand in various markets. There is even the Crumbs by EL&N specialty brand featuring the baked-in-London cookies for snacks or gifts. The various adaptable models include counter front units up to 1000 square feet and its standard format restaurant in the 1000 to 2000 square foot range. In addition, there is a full-service flagship concept with full kitchen applications in the 3000 square foot range.
