In late August, SaiGon Pho & Grill opened a 1087 square foot location in The Food District at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga. The SàiGòn Phở & Grill is a modern Vietnamese restaurant that initially opened a small, intimate restaurant at 13 Byng Ave., near the Finch Station in North York in Spring 2025. The 20-seat restaurant has become well known for its authentic Saigon-style comfort foods and its signature slow-cooked pork broth bowls topped with seafood and pork made using traditional recipes passed down through generations. Future plans have not been announced.
