Precision Physiotherapy is a new independently owned rehabilitation clinic that has just opened in the Torbay Road Mall, the Toulon Development owned mall in St. John’s in Newfoundland. Introduced by experienced physiotherapists Greg Ireland and Allison Dominic, the 1080 square foot clinic provides one-on-one, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs. The clinic emphasizes accurate assessment, personalized treatment planning, and long-term recovery strategies designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and prevent future injury. Precision Physiotherapy offers specialized services for musculoskeletal injuries, pelvic health, TMJ dysfunction, sports rehabilitation, and manual therapy. The clinic combines hands-on treatment, exercise prescription, and patient education to address root causes rather than symptoms alone. Ireland notes that while there are no thoughts of expanding outside of the province, at some time in the future additional clinics in St John’s might be considered. Present efforts are to establish this first location.
With this opening, the Toulon Development Corp’s Vice President, Leasing Neil Castagna reports that the 125,000 square foot mall is fully leased.
