Carib Dish is a Canadian Caribbean food brand offering both restaurant dining and convenient meal kits designed to provide authentic island flavours. Introduced in a plaza at 490 Mapleview Dr West in Barrie in central Ontario, in early 2024, Carib Dish focuses on traditional dishes such as jerk chicken, curry goat, and roti, prepared with bold spices and fresh ingredients. Its meal kits come pre-portioned and pre-seasoned. In mid-April, co-owners Devon Wells and Kerryann Wells returned to Toronto to open the second Carib Dish quick casual restaurant. The street front unit is on St Clair Ave West at Old Weston Rd. in the Weston-Pellam Park area, just east of the Stockyards District. Additional plans have not been announced.
