In 2021, Toronto restauranteur and chef Adam Soliman opened Aragoz Egyptian Kitchen, an online ghost kitchen featuring a large selection of Egyptian inspired street foods as well as authentic Egyptian specialties including grilled meats, BBQ platters, moussaka, koshary, mahshi, seafood dishes along with handcrafted desserts. With halal options and a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, the pickup and delivery location on Kingston Rd in Scarborough Village has become a popular destination for authentic Egyptian cuisine in the GTA. Aragoz is now seeking restaurant locations in Toronto and will consider buyouts of existing businesses. Targeting the Mississauga, Brampton, Milton and Scarborough markets, Aragoz is seeking unit in the 2000 to 5000 square foot range.
