Following its recent announcement of its first U.S. showroom in the Lincoln Square North in the Bellevue Collection in Bellevue in Washington in the Fall, Vancouver-based furniture brand Article added that it is also opening a showroom in San Francisco in the Fall. The 7490 square foot, former EQ3 location at Alameda St at Potrero Ave is in San Francisco’s Potrero Design District. The modern furniture brand specializes in contemporary, mid-century and modern furniture and décor items as well as outdoor furniture. Initially an online furniture concept, the 13-year-old Article opened its first bricks & mortar location in Fall 2024 on East Hastings St. in Vancouver’s Strathcona neighbourhood. Earlier in the Spring, Co-founder and CEO Aamir Baig reported that a 9600 square foot location at 90 Bathurst in Toronto is expected to open in late 2026, and a total of up to five locations are anticipated by early 2027.
