Papa Sandwich, Québec City-based sandwich shop known for its fresh, generously portioned handcrafted sandwiches and high-quality ingredients that was introduced by Nathan Todd, Gabriel Lavoie and Anthony Gagne in Spring 2025, has just announced its eighth location, scheduled to open in September in Trois Rivieres. The new franchise will open in the Normanville Shopping Centre on Boul des Recollets at Rue de la Rinede in the city’s northeast quadrant. Featuring its sandwiches made with premium meats sliced and marinated on site and served on fresh ciabatta bread with homemade sauces and toppings, the franchise chain presently has four locations operating and several other openings are scheduled including a 1200 square foot location at Place St Gelais on Talbot Boul in Chicoutimi later in July, On Firestone Blvd in Joliette and on President Kennedy Rd and Etienne Dallaire Blvd in Levis, both in August. Papa Sandwich continues to source franchisees for the popular smaller format quick service restaurants.
