Located in the city’s Fashion District, Caffeo uses robotics to reproduce brewing parameters developed with master baristas, including precise coffee dosing, extraction time, water temperature and tamping pressure. The concept emphasizes consistency while positioning technology as a way to preserve, rather than replace, traditional coffee craftsmanship. Caffeo sources its beans from Canadian specialty roaster De Mello Coffee and offers signature blends, single-origin coffee, decaf and a range of hot and cold beverages. Caffeo is now seeking locations in Toronto and has retained Len Little at Pivotal Commercial Realty Inc. to handle the search. Suitable for office towers, PATH concourses, lobbies, transit hubs, mixed-use residential, campus, institutional, the current search is focused on street front or interior concourse sites in the downtown core, the Financial District or PATH-connected. No kitchen infrastructure, venting or grease trap are required and kiosks space from 50 square feet or street front units from 100 square feet are considered. Spaces in the 200 to 400 square foot range are targeted.
