With the addition of the Anytime Fitness co-ed fitness centre in May 2023, only one unit remains available in the Experience Tremblant, the open destination centre at 2555 rue de l’Aulnaie, just off Hwy 117 in Mont-Tremblant, the international known tourist destination in Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains, northwest of Montreal. The unit, a 7620 square foot end unit, adjacent to O’Neill, at the northeast corner of the centre, is suitable for a wide range of uses. Other tenants include Quilicot, Grenier, La Vie en Rose, etc. as well as health and services centres. The project, formerly known as Factories Tremblant, benefits from a daily traffic count of 27,000 as well as a trade area population of over 85,000, with Mont-Tremblant being the primary commercial center of the Upper Laurentians.
