Nawab’s Legendary BBQ is a quick service restaurant concept featuring a bold, halal South Asian BBQ menu with a modern Western twist. Launched by Muneer Ahmed in 2021 at the Ridgeway Plaza and open 24/7, the menu features authentic Halal Mughlai BBQ cuisine with blends of traditional spices along with rolls, hot chicken, wings, boxes, etc. In late 2025, the company opened a second location on Mayfield Rd in Brampton and the franchise chain is now in a search for more locations across Ontario with an immediate need for sites in GTA, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Durham and Niagara regions. High traffic locations in the 1500 to 1800 square foot range are required and Janis MacDougall at The Behar Group Realty is responsible for the chain’s site selection.
