Launched Livonia, a western suburb of Detroit, Michigan, in 2017, Wing Snob is a growing chain of quick service restaurants featuring made-to-order fresh, never-frozen hormone-free wings with unique sauces and rubs to satisfy all tastes. The large menu also features popular chicken tenders, sliders, chicken sandwiches, etc. With the most recent opening on West Golf Rd at Busse Rd. in Mount Prospect in Illinois over the weekend, the franchise chain currently operates almost 40 locations with several more under development and according to a recent report in Fast Casual.com, an on-line news publication on the fast casual category, the chain plans to add over 100 locations in the United States and Canada by 2025. Wing Snob entered the Canadian market in early 2020 with a location in Edmonton in Alberta and with the most recent opening in mid-March at the Rabbit Hill Crossing in Edmonton, there are five restaurants in the Edmonton area. The chain continues to source locations and generally locates in a 1200 to 1800 square foot range in busy centres with strong visibility and convenient access. Units with at least 20 feet of frontage are preferred.
