A Bit of Everything…………

Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, the Service Inspired Restaurants– owned chain in the greater Toronto area, will open its 13th location in mid-July in the Edinburgh Market Place in Guelph in Southern Ontario.  The freestanding unit is the former Fionn MacCools at 494 Edinburgh Rd. South at the entrance to the grocery-anchored centre, near Stone Road Mall and the University of Guelph. Featuring authentic regional Italian cuisine, Scaddabush is a full service concept that offers a scratch-made mix of traditional Italian dishes and innovative creations, such as its fresh hand-stretched mozzarella served different way, its zucca ravioli, fresh pastas, wood-fired pizzas, soups, etc.  Service Inspired Restaurants/Sir Corp introduced Scaddabush, translated as a ‘bit of everything’, in Summer 2013 in Mississauga. Present restaurants stretch from Whitby to now, Guelph in Southwestern Ontario. Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar operates in 5000 to 6000 square foot range in various formats. Bryce Dymond and Naomi Kempkes at Urban Reform Realty are handling the site selection in Canada for the chain.
