In addition to launching food court and in-store locations, the 14-year-old Piri-Piri Rôtisserie Portugaise restaurant has also opened its first mobile location at the Premium Outlets Montreal in Mirabel. The new Mirabel operation is owned and operated by Nirdesh Naurdh, an experienced Piri Piri franchise partner who already operates two restaurants in St Eustache and Dollard-des-Ormeaux. “Our first food truck represents more than a new location — it gives us an opportunity to explore a different format for the Piri Piri brand and reach customers in new environments,” said Mahmoud Chahrour, partner and director of franchising of Rôtisserie Piri Piri. Together, the new openings and the introduction of the food truck format represent the next phase of Piri Piri’s expansion strategy, combining growth in major retail destinations with new opportunities to introduce the brand to a broader customer base.
