Don Gregor at Aurora Realty Consultants reports that the search for StretchLab locations is across the GTA is now focused on Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga and Etobicoke. Gregor along with Jane Gregor and Jennifer Bowyer exclusively represent StretchLab Franchise by Xponential Fitness. StretchLab is a fitness concept that provides an innovative approach to assisted stretching with its one-on-one stretching and its group stretching to provide ways to reduce risk of injury, regain mobility, improve flexibility and a range of movement. The concept caters to all ages with its 25 or 50-minute sessions with trained ‘Flexoloists’ in an open environment. Introduced in 2015 and a franchise concept since early 2018, StretchLab has over 300 locations across North America. In January 2023, the first StretchLab fitness location in Canada opened in downtown Toronto. The StretchLab units generally locate in highly visible plaza and high street locations in the 1100 to 1500 square foot range. Units in a rectangular format with widths of about 18-feet are preferred.
