Introduced in 2017 at Park Place in Barrie, XPlay Entertainment is a family entertainment concept that offers a mix of modern attractions designed to appeal to children, teens, and adults. The facility combines active play with social entertainment, creating destinations for birthday parties, group events, corporate outings, and everyday family visits. Guests can enjoy attractions such as bowling, arcade games, laser tag, virtual reality experiences, interactive games, redemption prizes, and food and beverage offerings. XPlay emphasizes a clean, welcoming environment with technology-driven attractions that encourage repeat visits and extended stays. The company is now actively seeking expansion opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area, targeting high-traffic markets with strong family demographics and complementary retail and restaurant co-tenancies. The present focus is on Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Vaughan, Markham, Ajax and Oshawa. XPlay Entertainment is seeking locations in the 30,000 to 60,000 square foot range. The larger units will include its first-to-Canada electric go-kart concept. A minimum 18-foot clear height is necessary to accommodate trampoline and adventure installations. Freestanding buildings, end-cap units, and large-format retail spaces within established shopping centres or mixed-use developments are targeted.
