Mailo’s The Pasta Project, the quick casual Greek brand known for its signature ‘street pasta’, will enter the North American market next week with its first location in Concord CityPlace at 357 Bremner Blvd at Spadina in downtown Toronto. Originally introduced in Athens in Greece, the growing Mailo’s chain features a menu of curated pasta creations with customizable ingredient add-ons, allowing consumers to tailor dishes to their preferences. Guests can choose from three pasta varieties: Rigatoni, Casarecce, or Campanelle, each paired with one of the brand’s signature sauces made from premium ingredients.
