Operating since 2004, Boulangerie Marie Blachère is a chain of upscale bakeries with over 850 locations in France, Belgium, Portugal and the United States and the chain is now planning to enter Canada’s Quebec market. A franchise concept, the company is looking for opportunities to grow its both concepts, its full bakery format in the 3500 to 5000 square foot range as well as its 1000 to 2000 square foot café format.
