Toronto Pearson International Airport is undergoing a major commercial transformation, unveiling more than 30 new retail, dining, and lounge options designed to enhance the passenger experience while showcasing Canadian and Toronto-based brands. The expansion blends homegrown brands such as Roywoods, Muskoka Supply Co., Greetings from Toronto, Mary Brown’s Chicken, Dillon’s, Libretto Slice Shop, and Kinton Ramen, with premium global names like CHANEL and Ladurée, creating a more diverse and distinctly Canadian travel environment. Deborah Flint, CEO of Toronto Pearson, emphasized that the airport serves as a gateway where “Canada comes to life,” and the new offerings reflect the country’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Highlights include Roywoods’ first airport location, bringing bold Caribbean flavours; Muskoka Supply Co., celebrating Ontario cottage-country lifestyle; Greetings from Toronto, offering locally inspired souvenirs; CHANEL’s fragrance and beauty boutique; and Aura Beauty, spotlighting Canadian skincare and wellness brands. New dining concepts like BLVD Pizza Bar, OEB Kitchen + Bar, Pret A Manger, Real Fruit Bubble Tea, Brasa Peruvian Kitchen, and the airport’s first Mary Brown’s Chicken will join elevated lounge experiences, including Wait N’ Rest private rooms and a new Plaza Premium Lounge. These additions align with Pearson’s LIFT modernization program, aiming to prepare the airport for future growth while giving Canadian businesses a global platform. Serving more than 40 million passengers yearly, Toronto Pearson has been named Best Large Airport in North America seven times in the last eight years by Airports Council International, the global trade representative of the world’s airports.
