The chain has retained Karlyn Knafo, Tao Yang, Kelly Moore and Kate Camenzuli at CBRE Ltd. to handle the search. In Canada since 2003 and in Ontario since 2006, COBS is currently targeting various markets in the province including Alliston, Barrie, Brampton, Cambridge, Chatham, Cornwall, Fergus, Hamilton, Mississauga, Ottawa, Owen Sound, Sarnia, Sudbury, Thornhill and Toronto. The growing franchise is sourcing 1300 to 2000 square foot units with strong frontage in high traffic and highly visible plazas and centres. Grocery and/or pharmacy-anchored centres are preferred.
