Fraser Vrenjak, Bob Vrenjak, Benjamin Bach and Tom Witham at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region are pre-leasing a new commercial project, consisting of two buildings, each of about 10,000 square feet, at 930 St David St North at Gordon St in Fergus, a community located about 20 kilometres north of Guelph in southwestern Ontario.
