Lulu’s Pasta Bar is a contemporary Italian restaurant concept built around fresh, made-to-order pasta, classic Italian comfort foods, and a welcoming neighborhood dining experience. Featuring a combination of traditional recipes with modern flavors, the menu offers handcrafted pasta dishes, signature sauces, appetizers and salads. Introduced in early 2024 in Montreal’s Griffintown by husband-and-wife team Jimmy Petropoulos and Anthousa Siounis, Lulu’s Pasta Bar emphasizes quality ingredients, generous portions, and attentive service. From the initial 20-seat location with a 24-seat patio on Notre Dame St West, the concept has developed a loyal customer base and earlier in July it opened its fifth location. The chain opened a street front unit of about 2000 square feet at 1251 Mont Royal Ave East, in the heart of Montreal’s Plateau Mont Royal. With locations in Griffintown, Montreal’s Latin Quarter and downtown, a 680 square foot location in the food court area at Carrefour Laval in Laval and now, the Plateau, the chain is positioned as a growing restaurant concept with broad customer appeal and expansion potential.
